Buzz Light Car has crash landed in a place called Andy's garage. Desperate to reunite with the rest of his Space Rangers, he enlists help from the native vehicles of this strange planet. But before he can get his ship fixed, Buzz is confronted with the shocking realization that he may not be the Space Ranger Lunar Rover he'd thought he was but rather nothing more than a toy space car.
